We can't release 866 LTTE members : Government

SriLankan government announced it’s difficult to release 866 LTTE carders who involved in the various crimes.

According to the government these LTTE members had carried out attacks against M.I.Helicopters, Army camps, busses and various vehicles during the war time., Several Tamil organizations requested the government to release these suspects. However government announced it’s difficult to release all these suspects. Case had been filed against four LTTE members who were allegedly involved in a murder. Government further said case would be file against all these suspects.
