Forces are preparing report against war crime allegations : Army Commander

 

The armed forces are preparing a report to counter the allegations leveled against the security forces in the Darusman , Army Commander Lieutenant General Jagath Jayasuriya said.

“As a response to specific paragraphs that made allegations against the military during humanitarian operations in the Darusman report, we all in the tri-services are now giving final touches to the compilation of a new report that will be shortly submitted to the international community,” he said. “The Security Forces conducted the humanitarian operations, with a zero casualty policy,” in the Vanni district said the Army Commander.
